The next time I blog...

Well, well, well...

The next time I blog, I am no longer blogging from Yishun. That's right....it will be from Sembawang. I'll be shifting there in a couple of days. This Saturday to be exact. Taking a break from all the packing. I can't believe that there's soooo many things to pack. It's just unbelievable how much stuff (and junk) I have in this room. Unbelievable.

I really really need to throw all my useless stuff. It's just that I feel bad (and wasteful) about throwing them. I mean, you'll never know when you're gonna need them right? If you'll ever need them. haha.

I should be travelling to school from Sembawang with effect from next week. In fact I should be travelling to everywhere from Sembawang by the next week. Only problem is, my granite tabletop won't be ready till next Monday. Went to check the house early today, pretty much everything is ok. They were installing the lights, grille and pretty much everything done. Hopefully they're going to touch up the painting today as well.

Anyway, back to my packing. Need to finish up by today...won't have time tomorrow. Whole bloody day in school for staff meeting...duh. Meeting meeting meeting...

Holidays is almost over...

The holidays is almost over....

One more week and I have to be back in school. Not fair...holiday is too short. In fact, I haven't had a holiday yet. Been busy spending $$$ for the house. Hopefully, keeping my fingers cross, it'll be ready by year end...next weekend. Then I'll be travelling to work from my new place. Nothing spectacular nor grand, just a cosy place for my wife and I to settle down and start a new life. The house is coming up well...I think.

I went to Orchard the other day...and did something stupid. I signed up for some getaway thingy with Garraway. I couldn't sleep the whole night knowing that I'll be paying $5000 over the next 15 months. Shit!! What in the world did I get myself into. I just hope, really hope that it's worth it. I REALLY hope it's not some timeshare shit that I'm throwing my 5k into. I don't dare to tell anyone...I'm pretty sure they're gonna laugh at me. Oh well....I'll see how it goes....ya in 15 months duh.

I'm still LOST with regards to what classes I'll be taking next year...let alone my form class. Oh well...I'll find out next Friday.

Went to my aunt's place for Hari Raya Haji yesterday. As we were walking towards the bus stop to get home, mum said "Wah, it'll be good if you were teaching here". Ya ya ya....she was referring to AISS...duh. Aunt stays next to AISS. I just told mum that it's too late now. I'll be in WSS for the next few years at least (not that I have a choice do I?) It's looking better...busier but better.

Lots of shit to organize and take charge of next year. Insya allah, everything will run smoothly.

Hungry now.....too early for dinner though. I'll just get fat and stuff myself with ice cream. Laterz....

Getting-fat,

It's been a while...

It's been a while since I last blog. What been happening? Pretty much nothing. Been rushing from Sembawang almost every other day to check out on the house. SEA Games is happening over this past 2 weeks. Good to watch.

All my bonus is gone...all to the house. No $$$ t go for honeymoon...sigh. It's alright, I guess I'll have to wait till next year. Just a bit sad for my wife...marry a man who can't bring her for honeymoon. Then again, we decided that we'll throw our savings for the house (for now). We'd rather get our own house done by the end of this year than stay with either our parents.

I'm just on a look out for bargains now. haha. It's alright....one step at a time.

Next week I need to head back to school. Some preparations for the Sec 1 Orientation camp. I foresee an extremely busy year in 2008. We'll see how it goes then.

Anyway, SEA Games badminton finals on TV now. Singapore's Kendrick Lee vs Taufik Hidayat of Indonesia. Time to enjoy the finals...

Life is getting back to normal...

Life is getting back to normal for everyone it seems. Ryan's doing alright. Charles sounded good. I'm glad that they're moving on....that we are moving on.

As for me, there's a lot of things to learn as a married man. It's so different when I'm single and carefree. Now I have a wife to take care of and responsible of. I saw one of my ex-students, Muslihah, at Sun Plaza on Monday. She looked shocked when I intriduced my wife to her. She looked different too. I'm hoping to drop by next Friday to see the AI track team train. Maybe...

There's so much to do for this holiday....then again, thank god it's the holiday for me. If not, I'll be so busy with renovation stuff.

Anyway, badminton session tomorrow with Ryan and Charles at 10.00am. Hopefully my achilles feels better. A bit painful..right achilles. Could it be from the 10km Standard Chartered run on Sunday? Then again it's only 10km....and at a super slow pace. haha...
